Community Group
In Acts 2, Luke describes the first group of believers in Christ learning what it was to be a community together. He says, "They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer... Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people." Community groups are the heart of the body of Christ. We have a number of small groups meeting weekly at homes to study God's word, to pray and encourage one another, and to serve the community together which we have been placed in.
