This past Wednesday we launched a midweek service back on the campus of VCU. Our desire is for it to be our central point of connection with university, while also utilizing it a straining ground for the next generation of Aletheia Richmond leaders, pastors, teachers, and musicians. I was expecting to start off slow, with maybe a small group of around 25 or 30. Jesus graciously granted us about 75-80 student our first night. But the most amazing things was the large amount of new faces that rolled through the doors of the RIchmond Solon in the upstairs of the Commons.
If you have a chance please pray that God would raise up new bible teachers and musicians to lead the gathering and to be equipped to plant churches in the Aletheia Network across the country. Our desire is not see this gathering become a stagnant pond but rather a flowing river of students passionate about making the name of Jesus great on the campus of VCU.
sweet – God is good and you guys are being super faithful!
